 Wes and Ashley Miller serve as the Lead Pastors of Valley Rock Church in Riverside. Together, they bring a passion for evangelism, discipleship, and equipping believers to reach the world for Jesus Christ.

Pastor Wes is the founder of several ministry initiatives, including Valley Rock Academy (theological training), Valley Rock Freedom (recovery and deliverance discipleship), Valley Rock Institute (leadership certifications), Valley Rock Global (ministerial credentialing), and Valley Rock Consulting (church advising). He also leads a vibrant worship ministry as a vocalist and guitarist across the tri-state region.

Pastor Ashley provides oversight for ministry administration and leads R House Ministries, an outreach/day center dedicated to serving women in North Dayton and beyond who are in vulnerable situations.

The Millers make their home in Dayton, Ohio, and are proud parents of three adult children and grandparents to two wonderful grandchildren.

 Wes and Kalie McDonald have a passion for reaching the broken and equipping believers to walk in their God-given identity. Wes serves as Associate Pastor and Worship Leader at Valley Rock Church, while Kalie leads Flourish Women’s Ministry. Married for nine years, they remain active in evangelism and outreach across Dayton and also serve with Dear Dinah Ministries. Their greatest joy is raising their two children, Emmaus and Eden, to be mighty in the Kingdom. 

Kristina is the Amp's Kidz Pastor of Valley Rock Church. She is a two-year graduate of Masters Commission of greater Cincinnati and has worked in children's ministry for well over 20 years. Pastor Kristina loves children of all ages. In addition to children's ministry, Pastor Kristina also leads VRC's Worshipful interpretive dance team "His Beloved". Pastor Kristina works for Springboro High School as a paraprofessional. Pastor Kristina and her husband, Bryant, currently reside in Xenia, OH where they are raising two wonderful boys!  

Reverend Ron Piercy and Pastor Beth Piercy faithfully serve together at Valley Rock Church with a shared passion for strengthening individuals and families in their walk with Christ.

Reverend Ron Piercy leads Mighty Men’s Ministry and oversees Valley Rock Freedom/Identity in Spring Valley, where he ministers to hundreds of men each month. With a strong heritage of faith and ministry, he is dedicated to discipling men, helping them find healing, restoration, and a renewed identity in Christ, and equipping them to lead in their homes, churches, and communities.

Pastor Beth Piercy serves as Jr. AMP’d Kidz Pastor, creating a fun and faith-filled environment for children to grow in their relationship with Jesus. She also supports Pastor Ashley Miller as Assistant Director, and is the Day Center Lead at R House Ministries, playing a vital role across multiple areas with creativity, dedication, and a servant’s heart.

Melisa Wolfe is a paralegal professional in Dayton, Ohio, who has faithfully served the ministry as a Valley Rock Church board member and media director for the past nine years. She has a deep passion for outreach and ministering to the brokenhearted. Melissa also leads the Meal Mom's team, coordinating volunteers who prepare and provide meals to support woman at R House Ministries. 

Connie Martin fulfills the role of Bookkeeper and Accountant for Valley Rock Church. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the church and much more in the secular market. She has a great ministry of intercession and prayer at VRC.
